Raluca has been involved in arbitration proceedings before international and domestic courts of arbitration under various rules of arbitration (ICC, ICSID and the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Romania) as well as in complex court proceedings concerning commercial, construction, corporate, energy, privatisation and real estate disputes. Raluca’s arbitration and litigation expertise is doubled by a strong knowledge in various fields of law.
